Lesson Policies

Cancelled/Missed Lessons by student
  • A student or guardian may cancel lessons and receive a makeup lesson once per month with 24 hours notice given to the front desk or the studio and the student’s instructor. If less than 24 hours notice is given, the lesson is considered lost. 

  • A makeup lesson can be given by a student’s instructor or a substitute instructor within 30 days of the missed lesson at the convenience of the instructor and the student. 

  • If two lessons are missed in a row without notice given to the studio or instructor, the studio/instructor reserves the right to remove the student from the schedule. 

Cancelled/Missed Lessons  by instructor
  • Lessons cancelled by an instructor will either be made up within 30 days or a substitute will be provided for the missed/cancelled lesson. 


Pick up and drop OFF
  • Any student dropped off or arriving 10 minutes or later than the scheduled lesson time will be considered a missed lesson. 

  • If you are unable to pick up your child within 5 minutes of the lesson ending, plan on having another parent or guardian pick them up. 


  • Students have two options for payment of lessons: monthly automatic payment with a credit or debit card or quarterly payment with cash or check. 

    • Monthly Automatic Payment - Automatic payment form must be filled out and student will be charged for the amount of lessons there are in a month on the first of each month. The cost of each lesson is dependent on the price of each individual instructor. Automatic payments are charged a 3.99% processing fee. 

    • Quarterly Cash or Check - Quarterly cash or check customers are still required to keep a card on file. Students opting for quarterly payment must make payment on the first of each quarter along with the calendar year in the form of cash or check. Failure to make payments on time will result in immediate transition to monthly automatic payments.

  • Each new family will be charged a $20 new student registration fee. 

  • All payment are due by the first of each pay period, whether monthly or quarterly. There is a 7 day grace period for all payments. Any payment made after the 7 day grace period will incur a $25 late fee. 

  • The studio closes for all major holidays and student’s will not be charged for lessons falling on a holiday unless prior arrangements are made with an instructor or otherwise noted by studio.


  • When withdrawing from lessons, a withdrawal form must be filled out at the front desk at least 7 days before the next billing period. 

  • If withdrawing from lessons before the lessons in a month have been fulfilled, the remained of lessons will be credited to a student’s account. Refunds are not provided for lessons when withdrawing before lessons are fulfilled.
